Burton Amos (Ghe-al-agum) has recently worked with fellow artists Lyle Wilson (Haisla), Philip Gray (Tsimshian/Cree) and Mike Dangeli (Nisga’a). Aside from carving, Burton has been involved in writing, poetry, photography and documentaries; all of these creative venues are dependent with his search for his cultural heritage. He is currently completing courses in filmmaking, in Vancouver.
