"Haida Word: xil ‘aay
Delicate and lovely
I am the Divine Feminine
I am only here for your viewing pleasure
I bless you with my presence
A gift from Creator
I am here to make the world more beautiful
With my essence and delicate petals
I am here to remind you that
You are unique
You are stunning and precious
And even though some may not observe
Your light and exquisiteness
Bless and make this world
Magnificent!

My Naanii, Nora Bellis (nee: Brown) – Gaadgas – loved flowers. She was always busy making things , knitting and crocheting. She had crocheted many flowers, and would sew them to her hats, and she was always into grand entrances, with those hats. I made this flower for her and feel it raises the Divine Feminine with its energy.

I think she would have loved these a lot!"
