"Most of my projects this fall have been digital illustrations, working between my computer and tablet. When it came time to create this box, I told myself that the primary focus and intention is to have fun and enjoy the process. What is more fun than trying something new?

This piece was my first time painting a bentwood box, using paper leather, painting on woven material, and designing a mountain goat. I really looked forward to the quiet evenings working on this piece and the joy it brought, having a break from screens and learning new techniques along the way." - Shoshannah Greene
