While Andy Everson began drawing at a young age, it was not until 1990 that he began designing and painting Northwest Coast art at a serious level due to his involvement in potlatch dancing. Andy has completed a Master's degree in Anthropology. He also founded Copper Canoe, Inc., a company that produces aboriginal language CDs. Andy mainly produces limited edition prints and giclees, but he is always looking for exciting and unusual projects to undertake.
