Calvin Bell is a self-taught artist. He has been carving since 1970, and carves exclusively in argillite. He has had work on display at the Museum of Anthropology in Vancouver BC, the Vancouver Art Gallery in Vancouver, BC, and the Seattle Art Museum in Seattle, WA. Calvin has also produced a small number of original paintings and limited edition prints.
