In our Fall newsletter we hinted that we will be opening a second location. Well, it is official! Lattimer Gallery YVR will be opening at the Vancouver International Airport in December 2015. As the only retailer in the airport focused on Northwest Coast First Nations art and jewellery, Lattimer Gallery YVR will take great pride in representing Northwest Coast Native culture on an international level. Our airport location will reflect Lattimer Gallery's current standards by including artist biographies with every item sold, participating in Aboriginal Tourism BC’s Authentic Indigenous program, and promoting hand-made items over manufactured items.
Located right beside Bill Reid’s iconic Spirit of Haida Gwaii, Lattimer Gallery YVR will enable visitors to purchase last minute souvenirs and will provide our existing customers with the convenience of a Richmond location.
